Don't create a 3-month sales prospecting plan, write one email.
Don't strategize a sales process, go ask a prospect some questions.
Don't build a 15 slide deck, start with 5.
Don't build competitive battle cards, ask your prospects what they like/dislike about the competitor.
Start small this week.
Take crazy action.
Think it through 50% of the way and then take action and talk with prospects.
You'll learn more from doing something than you will from trying to get your plan to 100%.
